and I will be back in Cullowhee. I’ll be in Raleigh on May 25, though. Leaving la Cote d’Azur on May 24.
Everything is so strange. This first month went by incredibly fast for how slow it started. I’m sure the next four are going to fly by. With all the time off I will have (Spring Break, 3 weeks of exams to fit 4 finals into), and all the traveling I have planned (Italy,...
I drag you back a sleepyhead.
Okay, thanks to facebook I can now say I would like to get to know said boy better. hm hm.
You see, my flaw is that I prefer not knowing people; letting my imagination run free with all the possibilities someone has to offer, or doesn’t.
Possibility. Everything is a possibility.
Alrighty Almighty
oohhhhhhhh. I hate to say it. I CAN hang with the French. This is not the part I hate. What I hate is that I can party like them, yet I still lack tact. Ah, this is not entirely true either. I lack the tact the French possess. I suppose this is why I am here, to learn.
Purple Party last night at some DaDaDa Club in Cannes. Or whatever. It was fun. Or whatever. All of it is remembered because...

Ate some more diggityd sushi tonight, this time as Sushi Spirit. They deliver. I am in love.
Went to the port today but I took no pictures (of the sea/boats/etc) because I was there for other photography purposes. I’ll go back very soon because it was truly too beautiful to not photograph.
Also gotta say: Once an over-bearing bitch, always an over-bearing bitch. Some things will never...
Market
Went to the market today to pick up some things for dinner and I found… Dr. Pepper (by the can, only) Vegemite & Peanut Butter.
Here’s the whole PB-in-France situation: They don’t eat it. I don’t know why, and I don’t get it. Peanut butter is delicious. Also, they only sell it in jars literally half the size of a normal jar in America, and for OVER DOUBLE the...
mmm I can’t wait for it to warm up. To see my skin again, for the sun to kiss it, for it to shine golden and bronze, not this pearly white. And for the days to stretch on, and the nights to last longer. And to spend my days relaxing on the beach instead of inside a house, or apartment, or café.
Soon all of this will be mine, along with travels to other corners of this vast and indescribably...

OKAY.
Let me illuminate the situation.
1. I am very surprised to see how well I can form sentences while inebriated. (because let me just say, I was REALLY wasted while composing that earlier post even after a 25-30 minute walk from JlP) 2. I DID NOT KISS THAT MANY GUYS. Maybe two, or three, and surely no tongue-y action. I am no looking for them diseases. 3. I came back home with roughly £10,50 which...
Blarblar
Drunk, again. My most creative moments form from inebriation. Someone said something extremely funny to me on the street today, although I cannot remember what it was. BUt I do remember it made me laugh into the air without any real cause.
I lost a pack of Lucky Lights, however. I suppose it is a sign to transform. Although everything is legally accessible here I am trying to form good habits....

Just got home from bar hopping in Juan les Pins and Antibes.
JlP is totes the hot spot, but it is very exclusive. definitely will be poppin’ in Avril/Mai, mais en hiver it is more selective of the crowd that joins the festivities.
Met a hottietottie Brit at the Lighthouse in Antibes, and although we were basically on each other, he wouldn’t open up. Maybe he’s just the type...
Going for a jog.
I find it cathartic to inject a bit of normalcy into this otherwise topsy-turvy, foreign atmosphere I have willingly thrust myself into.
The jog starts at 4:20, too.
I just need to be convinced there are people around the world just as indescribable as my friends back home.
My love for them knows no boundaries.
I don't have a clue as to where I should begin.
The past few days in Antibes have been stressful to say the least. I haven’t yet spent a week here but I am already beginning to get the feel for this new and rather unexpected life I was thrust into.
I came here with the idea that I was to live in a house in the heart of Vielle Antibes with five other students. On arrival I was notified that my place had been given to another student...
